Bimber Distillery is a craft micro-distillery based in north London. Their first Casks of Whisky were laid down on 26th May 2016 and the inaugural release of their single malt whisky (The First) was bottled three years later in September of 2019.
Bimber use direct fire to heat the small copper pot stills, and mature the spirit in hand-selected casks. Finally the whisky is expertly blended and bottled onsite at the distillery. A small batch release of carefully selected first fill bourbon barrels, finished in oloroso casks. Bottled on 22nd March 2021.

All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
