Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This release was bottled exclusively for the Bimber Klub with this expression being laid down to mature initially in ex-bourbon casks before being transferred to a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt. There were just 1,198 bottles produced free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
