DELIVERY: All wines are stored in our importer’s bonded warehouse, where temperature, humidity and other microclimatic conditions are carefully regulated to provide an optimal environment for fine wine storage.
Accordingly, please allow 7–10 days for delivery.
STANDARD DELIVERY: Delivery is complimentary for all wine orders of £200 or more to mainland UK addresses. A delivery charge of £7.50 applies to orders below £200.

Standard deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. An adult must be present to accept and sign for the parcel.
Although we make every effort to meet the delivery dates provided, we cannot accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order is time-critical, please place it well in advance to minimise the risk of disappointment.
PUNCTUALITY OF SERVICE: Please note that we cannot guarantee the punctuality of services provided by our delivery agents, particularly during periods of adverse weather. If your shipment is delivered unacceptably late despite having been collected from us on time, we will seek an appropriate refund where possible.
DAMAGED PARCELS: We take great care when packing each order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. However, parcels may occasionally be damaged in transit. If a parcel shows signs of damage or leakage upon delivery, please refuse it and ask the courier to return the goods to the sender.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES: We are pleased to deliver your order to an address other than your usual billing address. Simply enter your preferred delivery address during checkout.
We can also deliver to your permanent place of employment, provided that someone is available to receive and sign for the order on your behalf.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: We deliver only to addresses within mainland United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping.
