Bimber Shoulders of Giants - Claude.
Crafted with admiration, and drawn from our growing inventory of fruit-forward single malts, the Shoulders of Giants pays homage to a diverse tapestry of thinkers, innovators and visionaries whose contributions to our world and society continue to resonate to this day.
The Shoulders of Giants releases showcase the growing maturity and complexity of our single malt whiskies, with each giant offering its own distinctiveness – both inside and outside of the bottle.
In celebration of one of history’s greatest artists, this exceptional single cask release has been crafted to honour the masterful touch of Claude Monet - whose groundbreaking techniques and visionary artistry continue to inspire generations of art lovers worldwide.
Drawn from a single ex-bourbon cask, this exquisite single malt whisky offers a wonderfully complex nose. Delicate notes of lemon drizzle cake, heather, and rich sultanas emerge, followed by spiced baked apples, a dusting of icing sugar, cinnamon, white pepper, and subtle hints of pencil shavings. The palate is smooth and rounded, revealing notes of lemon bonbons, creamy vanilla, golden caramel, desiccated coconut, and gentle wood spices.
Much like Claude Monet’s paintings, this release captures a delicate balance of complexity andsubtlety inviting you to savour every nuanced detail.
