A fruity, pure and mineral wine with violet floral notes, a hint of dark berry fruits and a black pepper finish. The tannins are well-integrated with a balance on the fresh finish.
Down a dark alleyway the brooding and intense characters of blackberry and liquorice meet the heroically proportioned mass of dark chocolate draped in smooth, fine velvet.
This is a classic Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon. The bouquet is filled with layers of dark fruits and just the slightest hint of herbaceous freshness. A dense palate which is packed with svelte tannins that are beautifully balanced by the cassis and blackberry fruit notes which linger seductively on the back palate.
