1 x Villa Maria Single Vineyard Taylors Pass Sauvignon Blanc: Lifted aromatics of fresh garden peas and blackcurrants mingled with herbs such as coriander. On the palate are concentrated flavours of jalapeño and lemongrass, with a punchy finish of lime zest and a hint of gunflint.
1 x Oatley Wines Hancock & Hancock Shiraz/Grenche: Restrained and supple, lots of ripe dark plum, pepper and spice of Shiraz with the rose petal perfume and red cherry flavours of Grenache. Lovely lightness and brightness to the back palate makes it terrific immediate drinking wine but it will cellar nicely for 5-10 years.

All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
