PROCESS
Compass Box harvest a fruitful selection of malt whiskies at just the right time, then blend to showcase their bright fruit characteristics. With a light oak influence, a gentle honey sweetness comes through from first-fill bourbon barrels.
FLAVOUR
At first you find crisp, bright notes of red apple and pear, followed by shortbread sweetness, honeyed vanilla notes and hints of wild strawberries and Earl Grey tea.
