Here is a rare and therefore precious limited edition, the 55 Aniversario cuvée from the Arturo Makasare brand. As its name suggests, it was created to celebrate the 55th anniversary of Corman Collins, an independent Belgian blender and bottler.
Arturo Makasare is a cane cutter from Santo Domingo, who quickly became a local legend.
Hubert Collins wanted to pay tribute to him. This man who liked to press canes to drink the juice had wisely noticed that their taste changed according to the variety of cane.
This special cuvée - released in a limited edition - will probably be of interest to collectors. It results from the assembly of two vintages 25 and 30 years old.
Like the other rums of the Arturo Makasare brand, they are from the Dominican Republic .
A new demonstration of all the interest of this exotic terroir of great richness!
