MAX Carmenere has an intense purple colour. The nose displays aromas of roasted red pepper, black cherries, olives, some thyme and marzipan. The palate also displays black fruit like maqui and blackberry, together with Chinese ink notes and soy sauce. The entry on the palate has a refreshing acidity enhancing its juiciest side, complemented with fine tannins which provide excellent persistence.
