A fruity, pure and mineral wine with violet floral notes, a hint of dark berry fruits and a black pepper finish. The tannins are well-integrated with a balance on the fresh finish.
Down a dark alleyway the brooding and intense characters of blackberry and liquorice meet the heroically proportioned mass of dark chocolate draped in smooth, fine velvet.
This is a classic Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon. The bouquet is filled with layers of dark fruits and just the slightest hint of herbaceous freshness. A dense palate which is packed with svelte tannins that are beautifully balanced by the cassis and blackberry fruit notes which linger seductively on the back palate.
Red, purple, dense, clear with deep purple glints in colour, the nose is powerful, complex, dark, spicy, red berries, with a delicate floral touch. The palate is powerful, concentrated and structured attack with a tinge of silky tannins. Red fruit aromas.
