From rolling hills to the dramatic coastline, the landscape here inspires every drop of our whiskey. Hawk's Rock Distillery is located in the historical Hazelwood Estate in the shadow of Hazelwood House, an 18th century Palladian mansion.
For generations, the family held considerable sway in the area before leaving Hazelwood in 1923, closing a chapter that had lasted two centuries.
In the years since, Hazelwood House has served various roles—including as a military barracks, hospital, and factory—before beginning a new chapter under the Sazerac Company in 2022.
