The Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.5 is the fifth instalment in what has become an internationally award-winning series of single malt whiskies.
Matured in the finest, bespoke Oloroso, PX, and red wine casks, comprising Spanish and American oak, The Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.5 is an elegant and Moorish evolution, possessing the same sherry-led, wood-forward characteristics as its predecessors.

INTRODUCING THE WHISKYMAKER'S RESERVE
In the perpetual whisky life-cycle of beginnings and blending, is it ever possible to perfectly fulfil ambition? The whiskymaker’s inner pursuit of perfection fuels an eternal drive to better himself. His holistic role, at the helm throughout the liquid’s journey through the distillery, unlocks infinite variables and never-ending flavour possibilities.
The Whiskymaker’s Reserve is an artistic exploration of oak and blending; of flavour evolution and defining a house style. Creating a new whisky requires a framework of sorts, but there has to be room within it to play, to follow gut feeling and instinct. The architecture of each release of Whiskymaker’s Reserve will evolve in keeping with both our increasing sherry cask influence and our sense of adventure.
AROMA: Perfumed and fruity with polished oak, red apples, chocolate & hints of Devonshire cream
ON THE PALATE: Peanut and walnut baklava, baking spices, candied papaya and hints of coffee
FINISHING NOTES: Vibrant and creamy with toasted brown sugar.

All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
