The grapes are strictly selected to retain only those that have both a high potential degree and a low acidity, allowing the wine to achieve the desired balance without the addition of any dosage.
EYE: The wine has a white gold colour with a fine sparkle.
NOSE: The nose displays minerality and hints of citrus.
PALATE: The wine is balanced and sustained with a finish that is fresh with notes of lemon.

All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
