Older, bolder and completely undiluted.
Cask Strength Batch Two is 60% ABV and is non-chill filtered with no added colouring.
Matured in a combination of PX, Oloroso and STR casks, Cask Strength Batch 2 showcases a complexity greater than the sum of its parts.
NOSE: Apples, marmalade, peach syrup.
PALATE: Rose petals, wild lavender.
FINISH: Black pepper, dried fruit.
