Louis Jadot Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Boudots 2019.
LOCATION: The wines of Nuits-Saint-Georges are produced in two villages: Nuits-Saint-Georges and Prémeaux-Prissey.
VINEYARD INFORMATION:The «Les Boudots» vineyards is bordering the Premier Cru vineyards of Vosne Romanée, at the northern edge of the Nuits Saint-Georges appellation. It is located next to Vosne-Romanée Les Malconsorts.
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: Grapes are harvested by hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. Grapes are pressed softly, they ferment in oak barrels produced by our cooperage. 1/3 are new barrels. Aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lies before bottling.
SERVING TIP: Roasted salmon, roasted chicken, grilled red meat : beef, lamb chops, osso bucco, stew, ragout, bœuf bourguignon, duck, partridge, quail, deer, young wild boar, teppanyaki beef, mashed potatoes with salted butter, Cîteaux, Mont d’Or.
