Chateau des Ferrages Mon Plaisir Provence Blanc 2021.
Clairette and Rolle blend made by 8 hour maceration and pressing, that shows a fresh spring character with notes of citrus, grapefruit and pineapple. An exotic fruit and floral palate finishes with a display of minerality.
Destinéa Sauvignon Blanc 2023.
Elegant and floral on the nose, with hints of lemon and grapefruit. The palate shows good aromatics and balance.
Viña Real Barrel Fermented Rioja Blanco 2021.
A great white Rioja, beautifully balanced and with pure, floral and citrus aromas leading into a fat and rounded, creamy rich palate from its fermentation in new American oak barrels and lees ageing.
Helmsman Chardonnay 2022/2023.
A great example of the new wave of Australian Chardonnay, this suppertime sipper brims with fresh pineapple and fig flavours and not a trace of heavy-handed oak in sight.
Kleine Zalze Vineyard Selection Chenin Blanc 2023.
A rich Chenin with a gently tropical nose of honeysuckle, guava and pineapple with fresh green apple and quince. The palate is dry yet shows rich with tropical fruits and subtle oak. The acidity keeps it all fresh and balanced.
Domaine Romy Imperial Rose 2020.
100% Gamay Rose – made by direct pressing and short maceration to create this pale, elegant and aromatic wine with strawberry characters that leap out of the glass.

Down a dark alleyway the brooding and intense characters of blackberry and liquorice meet the heroically proportioned mass of dark chocolate draped in smooth, fine velvet.

As always this is a very elegant expression of Pinotage. The fruit expression is of wild berries and show a lot of juicy ripe fruit on the palate with lovely floral notes on the finish. The elegant tannin structure will allow the wine to mature well over the next 5 - 8 years.
