Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Cuis 1er Cru 2019.
"The house style" Freshness and minerality
Lively, airy, mouth-watering, perfectly balanced... this Cuis 1er Cru non-vintage Brut cuvée represents the archetype of the Pierre Gimonnet et Fils style. An introduction to our style, it is the Domaine's priority cuvée.
Each year, we use all the wines we need to reproduce this House Style. This classic "non-vintage" blend, with its consistent taste, is appreciated for its liveliness, lightness, and finesse: all the purity of the great Chardonnays of the Côte des Blancs.
For us, this vintage must awaken the taste buds without attacking them (hence the importance of reserve wines kept in bottles), flattering with its fruity and very fresh side. The pure finish leaves the palate "very clean" and invites consumption.
The blend is always made up of at least 5 different years.
- BOTTLING: February 13th to 16th, 2023
- AGEING IN BOTTLE: 21st Months Minimum.
- DISGORGEMENT: 3 Months Before Shipping.
- DOSAGE: Sugar 5 G/L.
- ANNUAL PRODUCTION: 120,960 Bottles.
