successful wine styles and regions. Bob Oatley’s mantra was that all wines should be a “darned good drink”, and the high quality Signature Series delivers immediate appeal, with satisfying flavours over an elegant frame. Each wine embodies the grape varietal and region in which it was grown.
REGION NOTES: Climatically, Australia’s most reliable wine region, not to mention one of its best known, Margaret River is the ideal home for the Bordeaux varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon, producing distinctive wines of powerful structure and finesse.
WINEMAKING NOTES: Selected parcels of Sauvignon Blanc (85%) and Semillon (15%) from Western Australia’s premier Margaret River region, were fermented separately, without oak maturation and blended to deliver a wine with a little more mid-palate weight than our 100% Sauvignon Blanc – and with a distinctive citrus edge to the fruit spectrum.
TASTING NOTE: Juicy, fresh fruit salad flavours are backed by crisp citrus notes in the lively dry white
blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.

All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
