Our Caravelles which conducted themselves with such honour last year are ready for a new voyage so they may return to you laden with new sensations. Along the route of the Cape and the Indies making those who sail there masters of the oceans. But albeit good metaphors aside: our three blends this year have the potential to double up on the success attained by their lucky predecessors.
We dedicate our Yehmon to all those souls who braved the oceans on their pitching caravelles with the strength they had left, after a struggle against that alienated and unscrupulous world which tried to deprive them of their nature and courage.
Classic is a blend of Trinidad 2009 and Mauritius 2014 and 2015, proud and fearless. A rum with a sophisticated and elegant nose, full of peaks of balsamic plants, spices and oriental dishes, dried fruit, hazelnut, tobacco, liquorice. Extremely persistent, leaving no space for interpretation. To the mouth it is immediately penetrating and austere. We discover almonds, yeast, a hint of biscuits and powdered milk. Impossible to ignore.

1 cask of Trinidad rum 2006 from T.D.L distillery cask n 30 Barrel – Ex bourbon - Column still / Molasses – Tropical ageing 7 years – TLDBS R.
1 cask of Mauritius rum 2014 from a Restricted distillery - cask n 4 Barrel – Ex English whisky/Ex red wine - Pot still / Cane juice – Tropical ageing 2 years – MCPA/WM.
1 cask of Mauritius rum 2015 from a Restricted distillery - cask n 14 Barrel – Ex English whisky/Ex red wine - Column still / Cane juice – Tropical ageing 2 years – MLM0/WM.

All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
