Our Caravelles which conducted themselves with such honour last year are ready for a new voyage so they may return to you laden with new sensations. Along the route of the Cape and the Indies making those who sail them masters of the oceans. But albeit good metaphors aside: our three blends this year have the potential to double up on the success attained by their lucky predecessors.
We dedicate our Yehmon to all those souls who braved the oceans on their pitching caravelles with the strength they had left, after a struggle against that alienated and unscrupulous world which tried to deprive them of their nature and courage.
This is a blend of Belize 2007 and Guatemala 2011. Thanks to the patience and the firmness required to journey that far, this rum displays a harsh and disciplined character - a seafaring trait. To the nose it bestows olfactive notes which take on life with an almost martial rhythm. To the mouth long, sleek and subtle. Always in an orderly and composed fashion, it makes land on herbaceous shores which come round full circle with the initial nose. At the end we are fulfilled but not sated.
BLEND COMPOSITION
1 cask of Guatemala rum 2011 from a Restricted distillery - cask n 23 Barrel – Ex bourbon - Column still / Molasses – Tropical ageing 6 years.
2 cask of Belize rum 2007 from Travellers distillery - cask n 1-15 Barrel – Ex bourbon - Column still / Cane juice – Tropical ageing 8 years – MBT11.

All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
