Matured in the finest Oloroso, PX and red wine casks, comprising Spanish and American oak, it has a familiar bold and discernable flavour profile, evolved with an elegant sweetness.
A fragrant and refined finale to The Whiskymaker’s Reserve series, No.7 is non-chill filtered, natural colour, and bottled at 52% ABV.
AROMA: Fragrant sandalwood, almond friands and orchard fruits with a touch of baking spice.
ON THE PALATE: Rich and creamy with honeyed fruits, currants, and a hint of dark chocolate.
FINISHING NOTES: Creamy and fragrant with warming spice and hints of cocoa nibs.
