Tua Rita Giusto Di Notri 2020.
It bears in its name the homage to one of the most beautiful religious buildings of Suvereto, the church of San Giusto, and to the first vineyard planted in Notri.
Produced for the first time in 1992 Giusto Di Notri is a wine made from Cabernet. The wine "soul" of Tua Rita accompanies the winery from its birth and tests, in its being, its philosophy: novelty, experimentation, innovation combined with respect for natural rhythms and love for the land of production.
25 Years of history: the vineyards that grow, the vintages that change, the different techniques find as the only common thread the search for elegance.
The most meditated fruit of the company is the harmony of the evolution of the taste of those who produce it, the acquired knowledge of the territory and the maturity of vineyards from which it comes.
VARIETIES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
FIRST VINTAGE: 1992
MATURATION: For about 18 months in new and once-used French oak barriques; after going into bottle in the summer, the wine is left to age for several months before release to market
DESIGNATION: I.G.T. Toscana Rosso.
SOIL: Markedly clayey with a fairly signifi cant pebble fraction. The higher plots are more pebbly, those lower down have more silt. Mid slope, where Merlot is grown, there is a higher fraction of clay.
