Deep and lively red colour with bluish overtones. A nose of red fruits such as plums, blackberries, cherries, integrated with aromas of vanilla, tobacco and chocolate. Silky on t epalate with good structure and a marked presence of red fruits, pleasant and soft tannins, concluding in a long finish on the palate.
Vineyards: Olive trees first arrived in Argentina during the 19th century when they were brought to the country by European immigrants. Since then they have shared our beautiful vineyards, located at the foot of the Andes Mountains, initially as a source of income should the vines not produce fruit one year, but now the olive trees are as much a part of the Zuccardi family as the vines themselves.
Vintage: Manual during the first and second week of April.
Winemaking: The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed, then a cold pre-fermentation maceration was carried out at 7º C for 5-7 days, to continue with a classic vinification and fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 25-27º C. Part of the wine is aged in used French oak barrels.
