Location: Fleurie is one of the 10 crus of Beaujolais. A nice village located between Moulin-à-Vent and Chiroubles.
Vineyard information: The vineyards of Fleurie are located on a granitic soil. They are east/south- east oriented. The local wind there always helps the grapes mature regularly.
Vinification and maturation: Part of this wine is vinified traditionally with destemmed grapes and part with full grapes. Aging usually lasts 10 to 12 months either in stainless steel vats.
Wine serving temperature: 14-16.
Aging potential: 2-5 years depending on the vintage.
