This set of 6 vintage Glen Grants, one each from 1950 through 1955, is a beautiful and very limited collection. The whiskies are aged between 57 and 61 years.
Only 75 sets have been released worldwide. The sets are roughly 25% cheaper than the cost of purchasing each of the vintages individually.
1950, 57 years old, bottled December 2007 from hogshead #853 and butt #2734.
1951, 61 years old, bottled February 2013 from refill butt #2760 and first fill butt #3202.
1952, 59 years old, bottled September 2012 from first fill butt #378, first fill sherry hogshead #1133, first fill remade American hogshead #1471 and refill sherry hogshead 3245.
1953, 60 years old, bottled June 2013 from refill butts #598 and #599 and refill sherry hogshead #1105.
