Much like the distillery itself, a Drover’s success depended on merging generations of knowledge and history with the resilience, initiative, and integrity required to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to them. To honor this iconic figure, local artist Fiona Mackenzie was commissioned to design the label.
Matured in a combination of Sauternes, Madeira, sherry hogshead, and Bourbon barrels, this exclusive inaugural bottling is limited to just 3,000 bottles worldwide. With its delightful blend of sweet and nutty notes, this expression showcases the evolving flavour profile of GlenWyvis Whisky.
Nose: Leather, milk chocolate, fresh walnut, crumble, poached pears
Palate: Walnut, pepper, cocoa nibs, orange zest
Finish: Long-lasting, cocoa, toasted nuts, bitter almonds
