Location: The Beaujolais vineyard is situated in the Southern part of the Burgundy region on the Mont de Brouilly slopes, between Villefranche sur Saône and Mâcon.
Vineyard information: Brouilly is one of the 10 crus of Beaujolais. The total area of this appellation represents 1300 hectares.
Vinification and maturation: Destemmed grapes ferment in vats during 3 to 4 weeks. Aging takes place in oak barrels produced by the CADUS cooperage during 18 months.
Wine serving temperature: 14-16.
Aging potential: 2-5 years depending on the vintage.
