VINEYARD INFORMATION: Nice and light ruby colour with gentle tannins. Les Saint-Georges is subtle and fruity wine with aromas of soft spices.
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: Destemmed grapes ferment in vats during 3 to 4 weeks. Aging takes place in oak barrels produced by the CADUS cooperage during 18 months.
WINE SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-17.
AGING POTENTIAL: 10 years and more, even 15/20 years.
