VINEYARD INFORMATION: The Les Boudots vineyards is bordering the Premier Cru vineyards of Vosne Romanée, at the northern edge of the Nuits Saint-Georges appellation. It is located next to Vosne-Romanée Les Malconsorts.
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: Grapes are harvested by hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. Grapes are pressed softly, they ferment in oak barrels produced by the CADUS cooperage. 1/3 are new barrels. Aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lies before bottling.
WINE SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-17.
AGING POTENTIAL:10 years and more, even 15/20 years.
