Savigny is a nice village located to the North of Beaune, next to Pernand-Vergelesses. Savigny produces both red and white wines.
VINEYARD INFORMATION: The vineyard is oriented South/South-East and North-East. Its altitude is between 220 and 360 m.
Les Narbantons is located to the South of the village, right next to the Beaune appellation.
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: Destemmed grapes ferment in vats during 3 to 4 weeks. Aging takes place in oak barrels produced by the CADUS cooperage during 18 months.
WINE SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-17.
AGING POTENTIAL: 10 years and more, even 15/20 years.
