Only 6 barrels of this poised and classic Cabernet Sauvignon were produced. Classic blackcurrant with soft tannins and tremendous length.
VINEYARDS: Grapes were hand selected by individual bunch.
VINTAGE: A vintage that came slightly later than normal, but one of great quality.
WINEMAKING: Grapes were hand picked and run down and individual berry sorting table into small vessels to macerate and ferment on skins for 4-6 weeks. Twelve months in new and 1-year old tight grained low toast French oak.
