Iona’s whisky is inspired by hill walks across Skye, shared with her dog, a dram & a bar of chocolate. Wild landscapes, quiet moments & a sense of indulgence come together in her deeply personal whisky. Her creativity also shines through in the packaging artwork, which she painted herself.
Whisky: Unpeated malt with 10% chocolate malt – a first for Torabhaig.
Notes: Dark chocolate and roasted coffee with refined notes of sweet raisin and toasted oak.
