The Kentucky straight whiskey is an exceptionally smooth expression, owing to a mash bill that substitutes wheat for the more commonly used rye. This edition is high strength, bottled at 53.5% abv, and is available in highly limited quantities.
Sweet and floral the nose, with a notable vanilla aspect. The palate is balanced, with sweet fruit notes and a strong vanilla undertone, backed up by some woody spices, before a smooth and long lasting finish.
