A unique single malt from the budding Lochlea distillery in the Lowlands, exclusively bottled for Inverarity Morton! Established in 2018, this whisky was produced in the distillery's second year and was stored in an ex-red wine hogshead in February 2020. By 2023, 410 bottles were extracted from this cask, with no added colour, no chill filtration, and at a powerful cask strength of 61.2% ABV.
Nose: Ripe strawberries and blackcurrants on the nose, opening up to zesty notes of vanilla.
Palate: A hint of sweetness comes through on the palate.
Finish: A beautiful finish of strawberries and cream.
