Location: This vineyard is located on the Meursault hill above the Genevrières where the soil is full of energy: a line which ends towards the Perrières next to Puligny-Montrachet.
Vineyard information: The vines of the Narvaux vineyard are very close to the mother rock resulting to a wine with an extreme complexity.
It fluctuates between richness and great freshness.
Vinification and maturation: Grapes are harvested by hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. Grapes are pressed softly, they ferment in oak barrels produced by the CADUS cooperage. 1/3 are new barrels. Aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lies before bottling.
Wine serving temperature: 12-14.
Aging potential: 5 to 10 years, depending on the vintage.

All our wines are stored in our importers bonded warehouse, which have the optimum environment for fine wine storage, by carefully regulating temperature, humidity and other microclimatic factors.
