Niall’s whisky is all about connection to place. Inspired by the sea, his fisherman father and his love of rum, Niall’s whisky is captured in the artwork by local Skye artist Eilidh Mackenzie. She met Niall, heard his story and then collection inspiration from the bay below the distillery.
Whisky: 90% Lightly Peated Malt, 5% Dark Crystal & 5% Brown Malt.
Notes: Fresh sea breeze with hints of tropical fruit toasted on a driftwood campfire.
